You may have been in touch with one of our representatives before or during your sign-up. Our challenge event coordinators handle enquiries by phone, email, social media, or even in-person.

Once your registration is completed, you should direct any trip-related enquiries to our head office in London. Our contact details are:

Shortly after sign-up, you will start to receive regular emails from us. These will each contain some important information about your tour package. If you need to get in touch, please contact us by email rather than on Facebook. Our social media forums are not monitored daily, so you can expect a far quicker response from the above inbox.

If you need to discuss fundraising support at any stage, please contact your chosen charity. Each participant should have a designated representative from their charity, who keeps in touch with you at regular intervals throughout your journey. Contact details for our partners charities can be found on our website page.
