What type of travel adaptor should I bring?
Some of our international accommodation providers may be able to provide UK plug adaptors on request, however we can not guarantee this. Therefore, it is recommended that participants travelling overseas acquire the necessary adaptor(s) before departure.
How much money should I take?
While each of our package tours includes meals, transport and accommodation, you will still require a small amount of travel money. The following guidance should offer some insight into any potential personal expenditure during your trip.

How do I prepare for a marathon?
Running a marathon is an incredible endeavour, particularly when doing so in aid of a great cause! Every year, we take pride in hosting at least one European marathon event for our student participants.
How to train for a multi-day cycle event
As anyone who has undertaken a multi-day cycling event will attest, they are physically demanding endeavours. Perhaps the most difficult part is getting back on the saddle on the second morning. Participants joining our London to Paris cycle event are strongly encouraged to steadily build up their endurance over a period of months. It helps immeasurably if you are able to incorporate cycling into parts of your day-to-day life.
