Participants signed up to one of our overseas trekking challenges may opt to extend their tour package by adding one of our fabulous extension trips. The products we offer for each destination are detailed below:
Kilimanjaro - Safari & Zanzibar - 7 days
Everest Base Camp - Chitwan Safari - 4 days
Machu Picchu - Amazon Explorer - 5 days
Morocco High Atlas - Edge of the Sahara - 5 days
If you initially registered for ‘Challenge Only’, but later wish to add the extension trip to your booking, you can do so at no extra cost, up until the ‘cut-off date’ identified on your registration page. For our public (open) trips, the cut-off date will fall at 16 weeks before your date of departure, whereas the cut-off date for our university trips will be the end of January.
To add the extension trip, simply complete our Trip Alteration Form, selecting the option to ‘Add Extension’. Your request will be processed within five working days of submission. A £95 registration fee is payable at the point this is added to your booking, with the remaining balance due at 10 weeks before your scheduled departure. This balance payment will be debited automatically from your chosen account on the date highlighted on your registration page.
